Your first subscription with us is covered by a full refund within 5 days of payment. You pay for a full month and get every system and feature unlocked with no restrictions, and if the service is not for you within that window, the full amount comes back, no questions asked.
This guarantee covers the first subscription of an account and server only, not later renewals.
From your account page, the refund request button is one click away throughout the guarantee window. Once requested, your bot instance stops running and our team begins processing the refund.
You do not have to give a reason. If you do, it helps us improve the service and has no bearing on the refund decision.
If you paid with crypto, the amount is sent back to the same address you paid from, within a short window that depends on network confirmation speed. If you paid by manual transfer, our team reviews the request and returns the amount through the same method within hours.
What we return is the amount that actually reached us. Network fees on the outgoing transfer, and exchange rate differences between the moment of payment and the moment of return, come from the network itself and are not within our control.
When the refund is carried out, your bot instance stops, and its data stays for the retention period stated in the Terms of Service, so if you come back within it you find everything as you left it. Once that period passes it is deleted permanently.
Taking a backup of your configuration from the dashboard before filing the request is advisable.
You do not need a refund just because you changed your mind about a plan or a duration. From your account you can extend or move to another plan at any time, and the new period stacks on top of what remains, so no paid day is lost in the switch.
The guarantee does not cover: requests made more than 5 days after the first subscription, later renewals or extensions, accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service, and attempts to abuse the guarantee itself, such as repeated trials through fake accounts or servers.
An outage caused by a third party such as Discord or the hosting provider is handled by extending the period as set out in the Terms of Service, not by a refund, unless the outage is so long and continuous that it empties the subscription of its value.
For any question about a refund or a plan switch, contact support from your account page and we will help you directly.
Send the refund request from your dashboard, or write to {supportEmail} with the order number. You do not have to give a reason.
