Answers to what server owners ask before and after subscribing.
Yes. During setup you pick the bot's name and avatar yourself, and it runs on a dedicated instance serving your server alone. Your members will never see any Simplock branding, and the bot appears as a native part of your server's identity, and you can change its name and avatar later from the dashboard anytime.
Not at all. Everything is managed from a graphical dashboard: enable systems with one click and customize messages in a visual editor with live preview before saving. And if a feature ever confuses you, every system has a built-in guide page right inside the dashboard.
Arabic and English, at the same level. The dashboard and the bot’s replies follow the language you choose, and you can rewrite the messages the bot sends.
Yes, on servers of any size. When a server approaches 10,000 members, Discord requires its approval before a bot can keep reading messages and member joins. Until Discord grants it, a few systems pause: welcome and farewell messages, automatic roles, invite tracking, auto replies, counting and AI conversation. Everything else keeps running.
