Tickets

A full support system with a panel, sections, buttons, logs, and rating.

How it works

You post a ticket panel in a channel with sections a member picks their request type from. The pick opens a private channel only they and the staff can see, carrying a full set of management buttons. On closing, the ticket is archived, its transcript is logged, and the member is asked to rate the service.

Ticket channel naming

You choose how the new channel is named: by a sequential number, or by the ticket opener name, which makes it easy for the staff to recognize from the channel list.

Tips

Support over DMs is chaos: no record, no handover between moderators, and no way to tell who replied and who let it slide. The ticket system turns it into a full pipeline: a panel where a member picks their request type, opening a private channel only they and the staff responsible for that type can see.

Splitting into sections is the heart of the system. Every section is an independent request type: its shape on the panel as a button or a menu item, its row placement, who can use it, which admin roles see its tickets, which category it opens in, and which log channel it uses. So staff complaints are never seen by a general moderator, and technical support tickets go to their own team.

Questions before opening save the staff half the conversation: the member answers your questions before the ticket even opens, so the full information arrives with the first message. And you choose where the answers appear: inside the ticket embed or in a separate one.

Inside the ticket sit eight management buttons: close, claim so the rest of the staff knows someone is handling it, rename, add member, remove member, save a transcript, delete, and an options button gathering them. Every one of them can be hidden or given a different label, color, and emoji.

Auto close clears abandoned tickets with three modes: always send, only if the opener has not written, or only if nobody wrote at all. On closing, the full conversation transcript is logged to the log channel and a copy reaches its owner, who is then asked to rate the service, with the result landing in the feedback channel, a DM, or the log channel.
