A stats panel is a message you post in a channel, which the bot then re-edits every few minutes so its numbers stay live. Instead of voice channels carrying numbers in their names, you get one message designed however you like showing whatever server figures you want.

A stats panel replaces that with a single message in a channel, re-edited by the bot every few minutes you set, showing whatever numbers you want in any design.
Over sixty live variables are available across groups: the server, its owner, creation date, and boosts; members by type and presence state; channels by kind, plus roles, emojis, and stickers; and today and this week activity covering joins, leaves, messages, commands, and moderation actions.
More importantly it reaches into the bot own systems: open tickets, warnings, pending suggestions, active giveaways, and how many members are in the levels system along with the top one. That makes the panel a picture of the whole server rather than of Discord alone.
Every panel is an independent section with its own name, channel, and refresh interval, so you can post a members panel in one channel and an activity panel in another on different schedules. A badge tells you whether it is live, alongside the option to update it in place or post it as a new message.
