Control new-member admission rules and fight bots.
Two pages sit under member guard: name and avatar protection, blocking offensive usernames and inappropriate profile pictures, and bot protection, controlling who can add a bot to your server and what happens to a refused one.
It strips dangerous roles from any unapproved bot, so even if a bot gets in carrying wide permissions, it does not keep them.
Two pages sit under member guard. The first is name and avatar protection: an offensive name and an inappropriate avatar are seen by everyone who opens the member list, and they are far more visible than a message that passes and is forgotten. The second is bot protection: who can add a bot to your server, and what happens to a refused bot and whoever added it.
For names you check the username and the nickname separately, with smart detection of offensive names and a blocked-word list that catches obfuscation with spaces, numbers, and stretched letters. The best first action is the replacement nickname: it swaps the name for one you set without removing anyone, since most offending names are poor judgment rather than provocation.
For avatars you pick a strictness level: medium for explicit nudity only, or high including suggestive images, with local scan sensitivity as a percentage. An avatar is more visible than a name, so strictness matters more here.
For bots: an admission mode deciding who can add one, the fate of a refused bot as a kick or a ban, an allowlist of bots that always pass, and refusing every bot during raid mode. Alongside them sit a punishment for the untrusted inviter, and a guard that strips dangerous roles from any unapproved bot so it never keeps them even if it gets in. A ban matters more than a kick here, since a kicked bot is re-invited a minute later.
