Every member gets a profile built gradually: how much they write and where, how long they spend in voice and with whom, which hours and days they show up, and which words set their speech apart from the rest of the server. The three most telling sections are these. Closest people: who they sit and interact with more than anyone else. Signature expressions: the words they use heavily while the rest of the server does not, which is their linguistic fingerprint. And what members call them: the nicknames heard when people address them. Above those sits a written AI personality analysis you generate whenever you want, or have generated automatically the first time you open the profile.
The leaderboards page flips the angle from the individual to the server: most messages, most voice time, most social, night owls, veterans, and the top server words. That is where you pick who to reward and who to nominate for staff.
All the control lives on the settings page: turn voice, words, relationships, and reaction tracking on or off individually, exclude channels you do not want counted, add words to strip from the word cloud, and set the minimum word length that counts.
