Ready responses to specific words or phrases, in three styles.
You build sections, each with a trigger and a reply. When a member message matches the trigger, the bot answers with the reply you wrote. A section is self-contained: it has its own match rules, cooldown, channels, and allowed roles, so you can run dozens of replies without them colliding.
Auto reply saves your staff from repeating the same answer ten times a day. You write the section once, a trigger and a reply, and the bot handles the rest. Three pages for three independent formats: plain text, a colored embed, and a modern layout with buttons and blocks, and you pick whichever fits each case.
The strength of the system is its eight match types. Exact means the message is literally the trigger, includes means it appears anywhere, and contains word means it appears as a standalone word rather than inside a longer one. That last distinction is where people go wrong most often, because a short trigger on includes fires replies everywhere.
The reply behavior itself is finely tuned: a reply chance so the bot does not answer every time, a cooldown that stops repetition, mentioning the member, replying to their message directly, deleting the original if you want a clean channel, case sensitivity, and an independent respond-to-bots switch per section.
And every section is narrowed by channels and roles. Leave both empty and it works everywhere for everyone, or set them so it only runs in the support channel or only for a given role.
Each page also has its own switch at the top that stops its sections alone. You can turn off every text reply with one switch while the embed and modern layout replies keep running, with no need to disable sections one by one.
