Every section has two modes: on specific words, reacting only when a message contains one of them, with a match type and case sensitivity. Or any message in the channel, reacting to everything posted in the allowed channels. A section carries up to 20 emojis placed in order, and custom server emojis are supported.
The reaction chance and the cooldown are what stop the system becoming noise: the chance makes it react only some of the time, and the cooldown sets the minimum before the section reacts again for the same member. Alongside them sit an independent respond-to-bots switch and narrowing by channels and roles.
